We are an independent, non-profit, advocacy organisation and are totally reliant on membership fees, donations and bequests for our funding. By donating to Dying with Dignity WA you are helping our ongoing activities related to WA's Voluntary Assisted Dying law and other end-of-life choices.

DWDWA has Deductible Gift Recipient status, so all donations are tax deductible.

WAYS TO DONATE

1. On-line donations:
We take Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you want to use your credit card, you still need to click 'Continue to PayPal' and then you will have the option to pay using PayPal or your credit card.

This is a quick and easy way to donate, and you should receive an automated acknowledgement and receipt by email. However please be aware of the following:

   1) It is important to stipulate whether you are paying a membership subscription (which is NOT tax deductible), or making a donation (which IS tax deductible). This cannot be reversed if you make the wrong choice.

   2) There is a surcharge deducted from any donation you make by credit card.

2. Cheque or money order:
The cheque or money order should be made payable to Dying with Dignity WA and posted to:
Hon. Treasurer, DWDWA, PO Box 7243, Cloisters Square, Perth, WA 6850

Once again we request that you stipulate clearly whether your payment is a membership subscription or donation. The appropriate receipt will be sent to you by mail.

3. Bank deposit or electronic funds transfer directly into our bank account:

Once again we request that you stipulate clearly whether your payment is a membership subscription or donation.

Please note that DWDWA now banks with the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Our current banking details are as follows:
Account name: Dying with Dignity WA or DWDWA

BSB: 633-000

Account No: 215508771

A bank deposit may be made at any branch of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

Please include your name and residential address if you wish to receive your receipt by mail. If you send an email to [email protected] with your name and address, we will issue you with a receipt by return email.

When making an online bank transfer, please provide your name and an email or residential address as a reference, and state whether the payment is a donation or a subscription.

All donations, no matter how small, are very welcome.
