Membership is open to all adult Western Australians, regardless of religion, culture or ethnic background, who support DWDWA's objects.
Our membership year runs from 1st of July to 30th of June. To become a member of DWDWA simply select from the options on the left of this page and complete your membership application electronically.

Then write a cheque or money order payable to Dying with Dignity WA and post it, along with the completed form, to:
DWDWA, PO Box 7243, Cloisters Square, Perth, WA 6850.

You can do a bank deposit or electronic funds transfer directly into our bank account:
Dying with Dignity WA - BSB: 633-000, Account no: 215508771 with the description "DWD membership"
But you will still need to complete the Membership Application Form: and either scan and email it to [email protected] or post it to DWDWA.
