'DYING TO KNOW DAY' EXPO AT BULL CREEK

ROYAL AUSTRALIAN AIR FORCE ASSOCIATION TO HOST A 'DYING TO KNOW DAY' EXPO AT BULL CREEK

Where: The Air Force Memorial Estate, 2 Bull Creek Dr, Bull Creek WA 6149. Indoors in Langley Hall. Comfortable facilities available, including a restaurant.

When: Wednesday 8 August from 10am to 2pm.

What: Dying with Dignity WA will have a table at the EXPO staffed by volunteers (look out for our T-shirts). We will be there to talk about any aspect of dying that concerns or interests you, from advance health care directives, personal stories, end of life choices and what it means for any individual to die a good death.

We will also be asking you to join our campaign in WA for voluntary assisted dying to be legalised for those who are terminally ill and enduring intolerable suffering, with safeguards for doctors and the dying.

In WA, according to the latest Roy Morgan poll, 88% of people support voluntary assisted dying, but  our Members of Parliament make the laws. We need members and supporters to join us in persuading our MPs that this is an important issue and should be given the highest priority.

PLEASE COME TO THE EXPO AND FIND OUT HOW TO DO THIS!
