In his President's Report, Steve Walker reminds members about the Annual General Meeting of DWDWA on Wednesday 20 October 2021, discusses future plans and goals and explains why DWDWA is in a period of transition. 

Dinny Laurence announces that she will be stepping down from the Committee and reflects on her five years as campaign manager for DWDWA thanking many of her colleagues and fellow campaigners.

We have a two special features in this issue. The first by Dr Richard Lugg titled 'Dementia – the elephant in the room'. The second by Dr Philip Parente a Melbourne oncologist and a one- time conscientious objector, who says he has helped dozens of patients access the Victorian scheme.
