WORKSHOP 6
Susan Jury established the care navigator service in Victoria and travelled from Victoria to Western Australia to tell us about her experiences in doing so and all that she had learnt along the way.
Noreen Fynn, deputy-chair of the Voluntary Assisted Dying Board, then spoke about the Statewide Care Navigator Service (SWCNS) that became fully operative in Western Australia on 1 July 2021.
Both of these excellent presentations were filmed but sadly are not available to those who did not attend the workshop, as permission to publish Susan Jury’s was not granted by the Department of Health in Victoria.
Information about the Western Australian SWCNS can be found under WORKSHOP 7.
